4. The voucher terms
- This gift voucher is issued by The Facial Studio and can only be used with The Facial Studio.
- It is valid for 12 months from the date it was bought and expires on the date shown on it. It can't be extended, and any balance left on that date is lost.
- It can be used towards any of our treatments.
- It can't be used with any other offer, discount or voucher code.
- It can't be used for appointments on bank holidays and in December.
- You can spend it over more than one visit. Anything left stays on the voucher until it expires.
- If your treatment costs more than the voucher, you pay the difference. It can't be exchanged for cash and no change is given.
- Please book in advance and tell us you are paying with a gift voucher when you book. Appointments are subject to availability.
- If you miss an appointment, or cancel or move it with less than 48 hours' notice, the cost of that appointment will be taken from the voucher.
- You can give it to someone else to use.
- If you bought it online, you can cancel within 14 days of buying it for a full refund, as long as none of it has been used. After that it can't be refunded.
- Keep the voucher code private: anyone with the code can use it. Treat it like cash, as a lost or stolen voucher can't be replaced.
- Each voucher has one unique code. Copies share the same balance, and we may refuse a voucher that looks altered.
- The person using it must be 16 or over.
- Prices may change, and the treatment price on the day applies.
- These terms are set by The Facial Studio. Your legal rights are not affected.
