A Booksy alternative without Boost commission

Booksy is £40 a month plus VAT, and £5 a month for each extra person. Its Boost feature brings new clients from the Booksy app and charges 30% of their first visit, at least £5, plus VAT. With Boost off there's no new-client fee.

Bookin costs less than one month of Booksy for a whole year on Basic, and has no commission to switch off.

  1. Set up your page

    Add your services, prices and opening hours. Free needs no card, so you can set everything up before you tell anyone.

  2. Connect your payments

    On Basic or Super, connect your own Stripe or SumUp for deposits. Bookin adds nothing to their card fee.

  3. Swap your link

    Put your Bookin link wherever your Booksy link was: your Instagram bio, Google profile and website.

  4. Let Booksy wind down

    Keep Booksy for the bookings already made there. Once they've happened, you can close your account.

Does Bookin have anything like Booksy Boost?

No. Bookin has no marketplace, so there's nothing that brings in new clients and nothing that charges for them. Every booking comes through your own link.

How much would I save moving from Booksy?

Booksy is £40 a month plus VAT for one person, £576 a year with VAT. Bookin Basic is £20 a year. For a team, Bookin Super is £120 a year with no charge per person.

Is Bookin really free?

Yes. Free has 20 bookings a month on one booking page, with clients paying on the day. Basic is £20 a year for 500 bookings, card deposits and your own look. Super is £10 a month with no cap on bookings.
