A free Fresha alternative

Fresha has no free plan, only a 7-day trial. It's £14.95 a month plus VAT for one person, or £9.95 a month for each team member, and new clients found through its marketplace cost 20% of their first booking, at least £4. Text reminders beyond 20 a month are 6p each.

Bookin is free for 20 bookings a month, £20 a year with deposits, and £10 a month for a whole team. It never takes a cut of a booking.

  3. Swap your link

    Put your Bookin link wherever your Fresha link was: your Instagram bio, Google profile and website.

  4. Let Fresha wind down

    Keep Fresha for the bookings already made there. Once they've happened, you can close your account.

Is Bookin a marketplace like Fresha?

No. Bookin gives you your own booking page and doesn't list you anywhere. Clients find you through your own posts, profile and website, and Bookin takes nothing from any booking.

Is Bookin cheaper than Fresha for one person?

Yes. Fresha Independent is £14.95 a month plus VAT, which is £215.28 a year with VAT. Bookin is free for 20 bookings a month, and Basic is £20 a year with card deposits.

Is Bookin really free?

Yes. Free has 20 bookings a month on one booking page, with clients paying on the day. Basic is £20 a year for 500 bookings, card deposits and your own look. Super is £10 a month with no cap on bookings.
