Payment, Booking and Cancellation Policy Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations If you need to cancel your appointment, please email info@samantha-kate.com as soon as possible. More than 48 hours' notice: You may cancel and receive a refund, or reschedule your appointment once at no additional charge. Less than 48 hours' notice: Your payment will normally be retained to cover the loss associated with the late cancellation. If I am able to fill your appointment with another client, I may refund some or all of this amount where appropriate. No-shows: The full appointment fee will normally be retained. If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment once. More than 48 hours before your appointment: Your first reschedule is free of charge. Less than 48 hours before your appointment: A £20 rescheduling fee will apply. Second reschedule: A second reschedule is not included with your original booking. Any £20 rescheduling fee already paid will be retained, and the original booking payment may also be retained to cover the loss caused by the repeated cancellation/rescheduling. A new payment in full will then be required to make a new appointment. Where I am able to rebook the original appointment slot with another client, I may reduce or waive any amount retained where appropriate. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client. The full appointment fee will still apply. How to Cancel or Reschedule All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made by email to info@samantha-kate.com. Your request will be treated as received when the email is received. Please do not rely on social media messages or verbal requests to cancel or reschedule your appointment. By making payment and booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
